Dallas College Citizen Police Academy

L​​​​earn about the college police department and gain insight into the work they do
to prevent, deter and respond to concerns, safety issues and criminal activity.

The goal is to enhance communication and create long-term, meaningful partnerships throughout the college community.

The Citizen Police Academy is open to any Dallas College student or employee, age 18 or over, who can pass a criminal background check (no warrants, misdemeanor A or higher charges).

The academy meets weekly on Fridays from Feb. 16 through Apr. 26, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
